DescriptionA cut-away view from the bottom of a pitcher of N. hemsleyana reveals a Hardwicke's Wooly Bat sleeping head downwards inside. The bat uses its wings to brace itself against the pitcher walls, thereby avoiding slipping into the fluid below.
